Prompts > Poses is our most prized method of capture. We give you prompts with movement which allows you to convey your personalities most naturally. The experience of your day will be infused with light, motion, and a calculated coloring process that will evoke profound emotions every time you look at them.

You've booked us and now it's time to get to the details. We'll stay connected with you and get to know the vision for your day. We'll send out a questionnaire before the wedding to cover all of the bases. We're here to assist you with your needs and guide you through the process!

We're here to assist you in your timeline planning to make sure your day runs smoothly. We'll work together on a detailed shot list to make sure we capture all your important moments. We will also collaborate on a Pinterest board to get those swoon-worthy shot ideas!

CAPTURE
During our time spent capturing your day, we refine our understanding of your personalities, family dynamic, day-of priorities, and overall vision of your big day. This is the catalyst to a successful editing process to accurately recreate the experience throughout your day.

Once your day is over, we begin the highly important editing process. We typically spend over 40 hours meticulously editing. For photo, we'll send you 10-20 sneak peek photos within 72 hours. For the final photo and video gallery, our delivery period is within 8 weeks of the event date.
All photos and videos will be delivered via digital download.

In order to book us, you must sign an online contract and pay a retainer. All contracts are handled via Honeybook and payments are processed through Maroo. We accept ACH, debit cards, and credit cards (2.9% fee) as forms of payment.
We charge a 35% retainer to book your date. Retainer must be paid within 24 hours of contract signing, otherwise the contract will automatically void and the date will be reopened.
The remaining 65% is due three weeks before your wedding. We choose this method in hopes of easing the payment, plus you are fully-paid and stress-free by your wedding date.
We think of wedding photos and videos like a tattoo - you're stuck with what you get, and that makes us take our job very seriously. While our turnaround time is much quicker than many, we do spend adequate time to purposefully digest each project in order to best represent the couple.
We typically spend over 40 hours meticulously editing. For photo, you will receive 10-20 sneak peek photos with 72 hours, with the full gallery delivered within eight weeks of the event date. Our video delivery period is within eight weeks of the event date.
With our involvement in the timeline planning process, consistent art direction, plus our collaborative synergy throughout the day, we can confidently capture all that we need with only the two of us! Brittney is present all day as your photographer, while Aaron is in charge of handheld video in addition to two trusty tripod cameras strategically set up for the ceremony and speeches. With our "Prompts > Poses" methodology, incorporating motion makes for the most fun and authentic capture that is simultaneously effective for photo and video.
(For video only packages, Aaron and Brittney will both be present as the videographers.)
We do not give out RAW files for several reasons. Our packages include the Story Edit and Ceremony Recording as a much better alternative to RAW footage. Our cameras shoot in .BRAW format and in a low contrast log color profile. Each clip must be individually normalized and transcoded to be playable in standard formats such as mp4. As your photographer/videographer, you can be confident that we spend an immense amount of time editing your photos and videos for a flawless final product that represent the vision of your day.
Don't stress! We love to give prompts with movement and allow your real love and personalities to lead the moment. Our photo & video packages also include an engagement session! With this, you will become familiar with our process as well as overcome the initial camera anxiety to prepare yourself for your wedding day.
